GREG'S BLACK BEAN DIP: Mix together a jar of salsa dip and a can of washed black beans. Stir in several minced cloves of raw garlic with a tablespoon of olive oil and a dash of black pepper. Enjoy with yellow corn chips, or white corn chips, or blue corn chips.
