GREG'S PASTA ROMANA: Blend a half tub of TRADER JOE'S chicken liver pate into a simmering pot of their brand name marinara sauce. Let it cook until the splash of their TWO BUCK shiraz red is fully de alcoholized. [I usually add a quarter cup of filtered water so it doesn't become too thick and pasty.]
